Applying for an apartment at Clemson Lofts is easy! You can apply for any available floor plan of your choice by clicking on our website’s APPLY button and filling out our online application or by contacting our leasing office! We look forward to welcoming you home.

What Is An Individual Lease?

Individual leases represent independence. When you lease an apartment at Clemson Lofts, you’ll sign your own individual lease agreement. That means you’re responsible solely for your portion of the rent and not your roommates’. The rent you pay pertains exclusively to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!

Is A Guarantor Required?

Yes. At Clemson Lofts, we require residents to have a guarantor to sign a lease. Guarantors are third parties who ensure timely and full payment of the rent. Contact us today to learn more!

Do The Apartments Come Furnished?

Yes! Each of our Clemson student apartments comes fully furnished! Living rooms at Clemson Lofts have a sofa or loveseat, coffee table, 50” SMART TV*, and media stand. The kitchens boast barstool seating, granite countertops, a large-basin sink with a faucet sprayer, and stainless-steel appliances, including an oven with a full stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a bed with a full-size mattress, under-bed storage, a desk, a chair, and standard closet shelving. Bathrooms have granite surface vanities, and shower wall panels. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, track lighting, an in-unit washer and dryer, and USB power outlets!

Yep! Residents of Clemson Lofts have exclusive access to secure parking. To discuss securing your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to ask us about getting your spot as soon as possible.

Where Does My Mail Go?

Each of our Clemson apartments has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building, located near the resident lounge and leasing office. If a package doesn’t fit in the unit’s mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office, where our team will keep it secure until you’re ready to pick it up.

How Do I Pay My Rent?

We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Rent can be paid entirely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.

How Do I Make A Maintenance Request?

Submitting a maintenance request is easy. To submit a maintenance request, all residents must do is navigate to the “maintenance” tab of our community’s resident portal. There, residents can submit new maintenance requests, see a log of past requests, and track each request’s status.
